It is a privilege to present the inaugural issue of ACP E-Community Connect – Janseva, a platform envisioned to strengthen the link between pharmacology and community health.
In an era where misinformation, irrational medicine use, and preventable illnesses continue to challenge public health, effective communication is as important as treatment itself. This E-Bulletin reflects our effort to translate scientific knowledge into simple, practical messages that support informed and responsible health decisions. Through community-oriented articles and awareness initiatives, we aim to promote rational therapeutics, patient safety, and responsible healthcare practices beyond academic boundaries.
I express my sincere gratitude to Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dixit Sir for his visionary leadership, guidance, and encouragement in initiating this unique community-focused endeavour. My sincere appreciation to all editorial team members for their constant support, coordination, and commitment throughout the preparation of this issue.

ACP e-Community Connect Janseva is a step in the right direction towards educating the masses and inspiring healthcare professionals to build a better tomorrow for public health. We live in an age of misinformation and inequitable resources, where a significant portion of our country remains in dire need of access to affordable healthcare. As this gap widens every day, the efforts of this association have truly become the need of the hour. I am honoured to be a part of the editorial team of this journal. I look forward to working collaboratively with fellow team members to promote scientific awareness in the community and uphold the principles of ethical publishing. It is our privilege to present the current issue of the journal, which covers diverse and important aspects of rational pharmacotherapeutics. We hope that the articles included in this issue will enhance clinical understanding, encourage rational prescribing practices, and contribute meaningfully to improved patient care.

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to the launch of e- bulletin by Association of Community Pharmacotherapeutics  We shall be reaching the goals and objectives of the society with utmost dedication, sincerity and community participation. Through this we shall be aiming at raising awareness among the population about community programmes, outreach sessions ,Pharmacovigilance and other possible means to make public aware about proper use of medicines with rationale and furthermore through this have a positive impact on overall health of the society.

As a specialist Family Physician and Consultant Pharmacologist, I am involved not only in teaching at a government medical college but also in addressing the everyday health concerns of rural families. This close interaction with the community highlights the need for prevention, rational use of medicines, and simple, practical health guidance. The ACP E-Community Connect Janseva is an important step in this direction. It can serve as a bridge between medical knowledge and community needs, helping to promote safe, responsible, and evidence-based healthcare where it is needed the most.

As we reflect on the journey of the Association of Community Pharmacotherapeutics (ACP), it fills me with pride to see how our shared commitment has transformed ideas into impactful initiatives. Each program, discussion, and awareness drive undertaken by ACP stands as a testament to our collective dedication toward strengthening community health through rational pharmacotherapy and informed pharmaceutical practice. Our association has consistently upheld its mission of bridging the gap between medical knowledge and public wellbeing. By integrating clinical insight with community service, ACP has become more than an organization—it is a movement advocating for accessibility, affordability, and awareness in healthcare.

First of all, I would like to thank PROF. (DR.) RAJENDRA NATH sir, President, Association of Community Pharmacotherapeutics, and PROF. (DR.) RAKESH KUMAR DIXIT sir, Chairman, Association of Community Pharmacotherapeutics, for giving me this opportunity and a platform. My role is to bridge the gap between what we learn as medical students and the common misconceptions that lie in society. This platform will serve as a reliable resource for demystifying complex medical topics and promoting evidence-based health practices.
