It is a privilege to present the inaugural issue of ACP E-Community Connect – Janseva, a platform envisioned to strengthen the link between pharmacology and community health.
In an era where misinformation, irrational medicine use, and preventable illnesses continue to challenge public health, effective communication is as important as treatment itself. This E-Bulletin reflects our effort to translate scientific knowledge into simple, practical messages that support informed and responsible health decisions. Through community-oriented articles and awareness initiatives, we aim to promote rational therapeutics, patient safety, and responsible healthcare practices beyond academic boundaries.
I express my sincere gratitude to Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dixit Sir for his visionary leadership, guidance, and encouragement in initiating this unique community-focused endeavour. My sincere appreciation to all editorial team members for their constant support, coordination, and commitment throughout the preparation of this issue. 
I also thank our senior faculty and all contributors whose dedication made this inaugural issue possible.
We hope this bulletin serves as a meaningful step toward improved health awareness and stronger community engagement.
